The workflow

Five stops between an idea and a live URL. Each one has its own surface in the cockpit.

    PBI

    Every change starts as a backlog item with acceptance criteria + a test plan. Red before green.

  2. 2

    Build

    Bulk build V2 across the fleet from /apps. Failures surface in /deploys with last 2KB of stderr.

  3. 3

    Preview

    Dev port status visible per app. One click opens the live local preview.

  4. 4

    Push

    Push to GitHub via the gh CLI — per-app or all at once — without leaving the cockpit.

  5. 5

    Deploy

    Bulk S3 sync for V1, Vercel for V2. Run log on /deploys, runs.jsonl for the receipts.
